Feeling we have ‘Run out of gas’ emotionally, we’ve been thinking about how to make teaching a more sustainable, desirable profession. So we couldn’t look away from this Reddit thread where teachers shared simple things that could reduce their stress levels. Listen, deputy commissioner and policy maker? Because these things are important.

Seriously. We can joke about a broken copier, but think about the hours saved with it.

While running a four-day school week in some districts, we need to explore this model more seriously to help give teachers and children a better balance.
