What exactly is a 40 hour teacher work week?
40 Hour Teacher Workweek is a 52-week program that helps you stream your learning, one area at a time. Basically, it is a year-long professional development effort focused on increasing productivity. The goal is to build a more productive mindset to help you succeed, no matter what you teach.
How does it work?
Each month of the program focuses on a plan to facilitate one aspect of your learning. You will make incremental changes that will have the greatest impact. Also, you will get the idea of 12 months classroom-tested productivity. These resources are available in both PDF and audio formats that go step-by-step through each focus area. Pick just a few ideas each month and see the small changes as they combine with the larger results.
What does membership include?
In addition to the concept of monthly productivity, membership includes forms over 350 and access to teacher resources to help you implement strategies. When you join, you gain access to a positive, helpful Facebook community of coaches and other teachers to share ideas, answer questions, and provide encouragement and accountability.
At the end of the course, you will receive a professional development certificate for enrolling up to 104 credit hours. Once you become a member of the club, you will have unlimited access to membership sites and Facebook groups even after completing the course.
What are some issues?
Each month a different topic is covered, including CCommunication, lesson plan, gGuess, tTechnology time-saving, and Much more. Also, in order to address the changes and requirements of education, they need to review and adjust the content of each month’s resources one month in advance.
How much is this promise?
Completely self-paced, the course helps you work through the resources each month while it is convenient for you. There is no submission deadline or assignment unless your district requires it. Even after you “graduate” from the club, you have access to all aspects of the membership site.
How much does it cost?
